We collect the information you give us when you create an account (name, email, role and, for publishers, your websites and PayPal email), the orders you place or receive, and the messages you exchange with our support team.
We use this information to run the marketplace: reviewing accounts, processing orders and balances, paying publishers, preventing fraud and answering support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
When you place an order, the publisher sees the brief, target URL, anchor text and content needed to publish your post — nothing else from your account. Payments are handled by PayPal when you withdraw earnings, under PayPal’s own privacy policy.
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by writing to support@publisuitess.co.uk. We keep order and payment records for as long as the law requires.
