By using Publisuitess you agree to these terms. Publisuitess is a marketplace that connects advertisers, who buy sponsored posts and links, with publishers, who sell placements on their websites. We provide the platform, the catalogue and the payment handling described here.
Accounts are free and are reviewed manually before they can trade. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login safe. Publishers may only list websites they own or are authorised to sell placements on, and must prove ownership with the meta tag verification before their media appears in the marketplace.
Orders are paid from the advertiser’s account balance. A publisher may accept or reject any order for their media; a rejected order is refunded to the balance in full and automatically. Once an order is marked as published, the publisher earns the agreed price.
For security, publisher earnings become withdrawable 15 days after the order is published, and are paid out manually via PayPal to the email the publisher saves in their Wallet page. We may pause a payout if we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these terms, and we will tell the publisher why.
Content supplied by advertisers must be lawful and must not infringe anyone’s rights. Publishers keep full editorial control over their own websites. Our liability is limited to the amounts held in your account balance and any earnings recorded in your account. If any part of these terms is unclear, contact us at support@publisuitess.co.uk.
