If a publisher rejects your order, the full amount returns to your account balance automatically and immediately. There are no fees and nothing to claim — you can spend the balance on another outlet straight away. The same applies if you cancel an order before the publisher accepts it.
Once an order has been published, it is considered delivered. If a published post is later removed by the publisher without a replacement, tell our support team and we will arrange a replacement placement or a refund of that order to your balance.
